Miller (author of Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity), spotlights 12 traits of dandyism: Ownership, Presence, Distinction, Disguise, Freedom, Champion, Respectability, Jook, Heritage, Beauty, Cool, and Cosmopolitanism.
This year’s dress code is: “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style”. Expect razor-sharp suiting, custom detailing, nods to Savile Row and fashion that both honors tradition and reinvents it.
